In such a case, it is not so easy to work out. And if you’re a beginner, it can be even harder due to the initial aches and swellings, and making this a part of your lifestyle.

Here are some tips you can follow if you feel a workout is too much of a drag.

1.   Never Compare

Competition can be both healthy and unhealthy, depending on the specifics of a situation. While it is good to have a healthy competition with your peers, comparing your fitness journey with theirs can also be harmful.

Often, women compare their bodies and fitness progress as a way to get down on themselves. This results in negative self-talk, turning your entire fitness experience into negative. And while it disrupts your self-esteem, such competition also makes working out much harder. So stay in your own lane, so to speak and always remain positive and optimistic.

However, it is also important to invite the right friends for a workout session. Make sure you consider which of your friends can make great workout buddies. They must be the ones that push you along the way and support you to improve to have a better workout experience.

3.   Play the Right Playlist
